A Home Away From Home
It can be stressful to leave your pets at home when you go away, especially if they are ill or recovering from a procedure or surgery. Let our Perry Animal Hospital staff put your mind at ease.
We provide complete general pet boarding services for all of our patients, and medical boarding services for pets with conditions standard boarding centers may not be equipped to accommodate.
While booking to board your pet at Perry Animal Hospital you can also conveniently schedule any procedures your pet may need (such as spaying, neutering, or dental surgery), allowing your pet to recover under the careful supervision of our vet team.
Pet Boarding: A Typical Day
Dog Boarding
Our dog boarding area has indoor runs for your pup and they are provided with clean bedding. Your dog's boarding area is cleaned and sanitized daily.
Depending on their capability, dogs are hand walked at least twice a day. Your pup will have supervision throughout their entire stay with us and will receive lots of love and attention from our vet team.
Cat Boarding
Cats that board with us are kept in a separate area from dogs to ensure they feel safe and relaxed throughout their stay.
Your cat will be fed according to your specifications and their requirements, to ensure their routine is the same as it is at home. We provide daily, one-on-one interaction with kitties (if they want it!).
Linens are refreshed daily and their litter boxes are checked, cleaned, and disinfected periodically throughout the day.
Medical Boarding
Your pet will be supervised by our expert veterinarians and nurses, who will administer medications and watch over them closely. Any required medications will be administered to your pet on the same schedule they are used to at home.
You can also schedule ahead to have our Perry vets perform routine wellness exams, as well as any necessary procedures (spaying, neutering, dental procedures, etc.) while they are boarding with us.
