Dr. Burnham
Dr. Brian Burnham is a 1985 graduate of the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has been the owner of Perry animal Hospital since 1996, after ten years of practice in Newnan, Georgia. Dr. Burnham has focused exclusively on small animal care his entire career. His professional affiliations include the American Veterinary Medical Association, Georgia Veterinary Medical Association, Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and has served on the board of directors for the South Georgia Veterinary Medical Association. Locally, he is an active member First Baptist Church in Perry, as well as the Perry Rotary Club and the Perry Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Burnham is also a member of the Perry Downtown Development Authority which has as its mission to serve as a catalyst for economic growth and development in Perry’s Downtown District. Dr. Burnham and Perry Animal Hospital are proud of their involvement with several of the local rescue organizations such as Houston County Humane Society and Star Bright Rescue. He is married to Beckie, and they have three children, Daniel, Allison and Thomas. In his leisure time, Dr. Burnham enjoys outside activities such as hiking, biking and kayaking.
